The complete 14-day trial
The intended commercial offer gives you the complete product for 14 days. Noctio needs a connection to activate a new installation and obtain a verified entitlement. Downloading the app is not a way to start an unverified offline trial.
Once activated, a valid trial can be used offline. You do not need a Noctio account.
One purchase, no recurring charge
After the trial, continued access to the purchased product is unlocked with one store purchase. The store presents the applicable price, currency and taxes before you confirm. Final public prices and links are not yet displayed here.
Store payments are handled by the store. FrequenSee Labs does not receive payment-card details. Buying the current product does not include every future major product or expansion for free.
Your active session can finish.
A Sleep or Nap session started during a valid trial may reach its ordinary ending after the trial expires. Continuous playback may continue while that same session remains alive.
After the session stops or is terminated, including by a service or process restart, a new session requires a valid entitlement. Trial expiry should not interrupt the rest already in progress.
Ordinary listening is offline.
Activation, purchases, restore or entitlement recovery require a connection. Once a valid entitlement is stored, the Audio Engine and normal session operation run on your device.
If you clear app data or reinstall, you may need to reconnect to recover access. Contact support if a purchase is processing or cannot be restored; do not buy twice simply to resolve an error.

Use the store’s current purchase and refund tools for the transaction, and contact us for product or access help. We do not promise a refund period that differs from the applicable store policy.
